How to Deposite and Withdraw Cryptocurrency?

This guide outlines the procedures for transferring cryptocurrency into and out of your Solcex Spot Account.

The deposit process involves generating a unique wallet address on the Solcex platform and transferring funds to that address.

You must possess cryptocurrency in an external wallet or another exchange account.
You must ensure the chosen network on the sending platform matches the network selected on Solcex.

Select Deposit: Click the "Deposit" option to begin the process.
Choose Asset and Network: Select the specific cryptocurrency (currency) you wish to deposit (e.g.,Solcex, BTC, ETH, SOL), and then select the corresponding transfer network (e.g., ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana).

Obtain Deposit Address: The system will generate and display your unique deposit address. Copy this address carefully.
Execute External Transfer: Go to your external wallet and initiate a transfer, pasting the copied deposit address as the destination.
Confirm Network Match: Crucially, double-check that the network chosen for sending matches the network selected on Solcex. Funds sent on an incompatible network may be lost permanently.

Wait for Confirmation: The deposit will be processed and reflected in your Solcex account balance only after the transaction (tx) has received the required number of confirmations on the blockchain and is successfully processed by Solcex.

The withdrawal process involves sending cryptocurrency from your Solcex account to an external wallet address.

Access Account Balance: Log in to Solcex and click on "Balance and Spot Account."

Choose Asset and Network: Select the specific cryptocurrency (currency) you wish to withdraw and the appropriate transfer network.

Enter Withdrawal Address: Enter the destination wallet address where you want to receive the funds.
Specify Amount: Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (and review any associated transaction fees).

Confirm Withdrawal: Review all details (address, amount, network, fee) and click "Confirm Withdrawal."
Security Verification: The platform will prompt for a security verification, typically requiring your 2FA code and potentially an email/SMS code.
Wait for Success: After security clearance, the transaction will be processed by Solcex and broadcast to the blockchain. The transfer will be complete once the transaction (tx) is successful on the network.
