SolCex does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. SolCex shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to safeguard their credentials.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, liquidity may vary, and losses can occur rapidly. You accept full responsibility for evaluating whether trading is appropriate based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.

SolCex is not responsible for any trading losses incurred on the platform.

8. No Warranty

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

SolCex does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of market data. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, or factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolCex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

SolCex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if:

• These Terms are violated • Suspicious activity is detected • Compliance risks arise • Required verification is not completed

Such actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform and its users.
