  • Navigate to Account Safety: Go to your Account Profile and select "Account Safety" section.

  • Select Change Option: Locate your registered Email Address or Phone Number and click the "Change" option next to the contact detail you wish to update.

Verification of Old and New Details

  • Old Contact Verification: A one-time verification code will be sent to your current (old) email address or phone number. You must retrieve and enter this code on the Solcex page.

  • Input New Contact Detail: Enter the desired new phone number or new email address into the designated field.
